1. YouTube 서비스 약관 동의

플리온에어(PliOnAir, 이하 “프로그램”)는 YouTube API 서비스를 사용합니다. 프로그램을 쓰면 YouTube 서비스 약관(https://www.youtube.com/t/terms)을 지키는 데 동의하는 것으로 봅니다. 구글이 처리하는 정보에는 Google 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다.

2. 프로그램이 하는 일

프로그램은 사용자가 연결한 본인의 유튜브 채널에, 사용자가 정한 시간표·제목·설명·썸네일로 라이브 방송 예약을 만들고 송출 키를 연결합니다. 새 방송은 비공개로 만든 뒤, 사용자가 확인하고 고른 공개 범위로 바꿉니다.

3. 사용자가 지킬 일

본인이 관리할 권한이 있는 유튜브 채널만 연결합니다.
예약하는 방송의 제목·설명·썸네일·음악 등 내용이 YouTube 커뮤니티 가이드와 저작권을 지키도록 책임집니다.
프로그램을 고치거나 다른 사람의 계정에 쓰는 등 YouTube 서비스 약관과 이 약관에 어긋나게 쓰지 않습니다.

4. 개인정보

프로그램이 정보를 쓰고 저장하고 지우는 방법은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

5. 책임의 한계

프로그램은 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 유튜브·구글·업스트림 등 외부 서비스의 장애나 정책 변경, 인터넷 연결 문제로 예약이 만들어지지 않거나 늦어질 수 있습니다. 중요한 방송은 YouTube 스튜디오에서 예약 상태를 꼭 확인해 주세요.

6. 바뀌는 경우와 문의

Terms of Use

1. Agreement to the YouTube Terms of Service

PliOnAir (플리온에어, the “App”) uses YouTube API Services. By using the App, users agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's handling of information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

2. What the App does

The App creates scheduled live broadcasts on the user's own connected YouTube channel, using the timetable, title, description and thumbnail the user set, and binds a stream key to them. New broadcasts are created as Private and switched to the privacy status the user selected after the user confirms.

3. User responsibilities

Connect only YouTube channels you are authorized to manage.
You are responsible for making sure the titles, descriptions, thumbnails and music of your broadcasts follow YouTube's Community Guidelines and copyright rules.
Do not modify the App or use it with other people's accounts or in any way that violates the YouTube Terms of Service or these terms.

4. Privacy

How the App uses, stores and deletes data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided as is. Outages or policy changes of external services (YouTube, Google, Upstream) or network problems may prevent or delay a reservation. Please check important broadcasts in YouTube Studio.
